In 2025, Ambassadors Group Rwanda Ltd continued to grow as a mission-driven organization using football as a tool for transformation, dignity, and opportunity.
This year marked steady and intentional progress. Locally made footballs reached communities where access had been limited. Children played with equipment built to last. Young people gained skills and livelihoods through production. Coaches were trained. Players advanced. And throughout it all, AGR Ltd remained committed to building impact that lasts.

A major milestone of 2025 was a new strategic partnership with Sequa gGmbH, a globally active non-profit development organisation headquartered in Bonn, Germany. Since 1991, Sequa has implemented international cooperation programmes in close collaboration with the German private sector, focusing on private sector development, vocational training, trade promotion, and institutional capacity building.

Through its Pilot SME Support Scheme, Sequa is supporting Ambassadors Group Rwanda Ltd with a comprehensive package aimed at strengthening long-term sustainability. This includes executive coaching, access to technical experts, and advisory support to improve product quality, market expansion, and financial access. The partnership also includes support for cost-shared production machinery of up to €8,000, with AGR Ltd contributing at least 20% of the cost. Most importantly, this initiative is expected to lead to the creation of 30 new jobs, increasing both local employment and the availability of Rwandan-made footballs for children and communities.
Another defining moment of the year came when AGR Ltd participated in the SportsBiz Africa Forum, joining African leaders, innovators, and institutions discussing how sport can drive social and economic development across the continent. Sharing our Made-in-Rwanda football story on this platform affirmed that locally built solutions can have continental relevance. A memorable highlight was the visit of football legend Jay-Jay Okocha, who engaged with AGR’s journey and mission.

Yet, the most meaningful achievements of 2025 were found in everyday impact. Women artisans are growing in skill and confidence. Coaches mentoring the next generation. Young players are stepping into higher levels of competition. Lives shaped through honest work, discipline, and faith.

As we move into 2026, we do so with clarity and momentum. The foundation is strong. The partnerships are growing. The mission remains clear. Ambassadors Group Rwanda Ltd is committed to expanding impact, strengthening systems, and continuing to use sport as a force for transformation in Rwanda and beyond.

Because in every ball we make, there is more than play.
There is purpose.
