This year, Ambassadors Group Rwanda Ltd is proud to recognize Chadrac Ndikumana as our Employee of the Year 2024.
Chadrac began his journey with us as one of our first ball stitchers when the ball manufacturing project was just taking shape. Quiet and humble, he stood out not through titles, but through his wisdom and dedication. Whenever he had the opportunity to speak, Chadrac brought thoughtful, forward-thinking ideas to the table. It wasn’t until later that we discovered he held a degree in IT, yet he never used his qualifications to elevate himself above his peers. His humility spoke volumes.
Recognizing his character and leadership, Chadrac was promoted to Ball Manufacturing Officer, overseeing the production unit. He was later sent to Kenya for further training and is now applying both his technical skills and spiritual maturity to develop the business. More than just managing operations, Chadrac leads by example discipling others through his daily work. Today, he is mentoring Mr. Shiba, not only in production skills but in living out faith through work.
Chadrac is a true example of what it means to redeem work for God’s glory. His life and leadership reflect the mission of AGR Ltd: to serve, to grow, and to make a lasting impact. We are deeply honored to have him on our team.
