It started with a simple love for the game—and today, we’re celebrating a big milestone: 47 girls from our program are now playing in Rwanda’s Second Division and junior teams. For many of these girls, stepping onto a football pitch was once just a dream. Now, they’re not only competing at national levels—they’re rewriting what’s possible for girls in sports.

These young women come from different communities and backgrounds, but they share one thing in common: determination. They’ve trained hard, stayed committed, and pushed through challenges—not just as athletes, but as role models. In places where girls are often told football isn’t for them, they’ve proven otherwise. They’ve shown that strength, skill, and leadership belong to everyone.

This isn’t just a win for football. It’s a win for girls. A win for families. A win for future generations watching from the sidelines, wondering if they can dream too. And we’re just getting started. With the right support, these 47 stories can become hundreds more.
