Ambassadors Group Rwanda Ltd is pleased to announce an exciting new partnership with sequa, a respected German non-profit organization and social enterprise committed to supporting local development through private sector growth.
sequa is a German development organization with over three decades of experience promoting private sector development, vocational training, and trade partnerships across the globe. Backed by Germany’s leading business associations and the GIZ, Sequa operates internationally to improve livelihoods by strengthening institutions and building local capacity. Their support often combines technical expertise, funding, and long-term strategic partnerships to create lasting impact. Learn more about Sequa here.

As part of its partnership with Ambassadors Group Rwanda Ltd, Sequa will provide a comprehensive support package to strengthen our operations and long-term sustainability. This includes executive coaching, access to technical experts, and help addressing key challenges such as product quality, market expansion, and financial access. Sequa will also support us with up to €8,000 in cost-shared machinery specifically, a cutting machine to improve production efficiency with AGR Ltd contributing at least 20% of the total cost.

Most importantly, this collaboration will lead to the creation of 30 new jobs in our community providing stable employment, skill-building opportunities, and increasing the number of locally made footballs available to children and communities.
We are deeply grateful for Sequa’s belief in our mission. This partnership is not just about equipment—it’s about people, potential, and progress. Together, we look forward to a future where Rwandan-made footballs reach even more lives, both in Rwanda and around the world.
