Five years ago, Ambassadors Group Rwanda Ltd, through its partnership with Ambassadors Football, selected 15 talented young footballers from ADEPR schools. The aim was to bring these promising players together in one school, where they could continue their education while receiving structured football training, mentorship, and personal development.
Among those young players was Bana Etienne, wearing number 23 in the photo. Today, we proudly celebrate his promotion to APR FC, one of Rwanda’s most respected and successful football clubs.

Etienne’s journey is a powerful example of what can happen when talent is identified early and supported with the right environment. His progress reflects years of discipline, commitment, training, and determination, together with the guidance of those who believed in his potential.

This achievement is not only a personal milestone for Etienne, but also a proud moment for Ambassadors Group Rwanda Ltd, Ambassadors Football, his family, coaches, school, and everyone who has supported him along the way.
His story reminds us that young people can achieve remarkable things when they are given opportunity, encouragement, and the resources they need to grow.
