Ambassadors Group Rwanda Ltd, in collaboration with the Rwanda Football Federation, organised a one-day grassroots football festival and tournament for U13 boys and girls.

The event was supported by Compassion International Rwanda through its partner churches and brought together 240 children who had the opportunity to play, learn, compete and enjoy football.

Throughout the day, the children took part in structured football sessions led by the Ambassadors Group Rwanda Ltd team. The sessions focused on helping them improve their skills, build confidence and enjoy the game in a positive environment.

It was also a special day for Kagamba Local Church, whose boys’ and girls’ teams finished as champions of the tournament. Their performance showed the talent that can grow when children are given regular opportunities to play and develop.

We were happy to welcome representatives from the Rwanda Football Federation, including Mr. Fidel, Chairman of the Commission for Football Technical Development, and Mr. Nick, Director of National Youth Football Development.

The event was also graced by former Amavubi player Jimmy Mulisa, whose presence was a great encouragement to the young players.

We are grateful to Compassion International Rwanda and its partner churches for their continued commitment to the development of children. Their support made it possible for these young players to enjoy football while also being encouraged to discover and develop their abilities.

For us, grassroots football is about more than winning matches. It is about giving children a chance to play, learn, grow and discover the talent God has given them.

When churches, football organisations and communities work together, more children can be reached and more talent can be developed.
Together, we can help Rwanda’s children grow through football.

Quality Made in Rwanda footballs are ready to create more opportunities for children to play, learn, and develop their talent.
